Cusacks Hotels awarded the Failte Ireland Safety Charter

It has been a busy week for hotels reopening all around the country and ensuring the health and safety of their staff and guests has been a priority.

Fáilte Ireland has issued sector specific guidelines for tourism and hospitality businesses to guide them in how best to meet the Government's public health advice. Businesses were then given the opportunity to apply for the Covid-19 Safety Charter, where all employees undertake a specific training course to ensure health and safety within their business.

The three star Cusack Hotels in Navan and Trim were awarded their health and safety charter after all staff successfully completed training. They are the first hotels in County Meath to appear on the directory of Covid-19 Safety Charter businesses alongside Boyne Boats.

Jim Carlton- General Manager of the Newgrange and Ardboyne Hotel is very proud of all the staff “It has been a tough few weeks making sure that we are compliant with all government guidelines.
