We are pleased to offer a free date change or cancellation policy up to 48 Hours prior to your arrival date on all reservations for the Newgrange Hotel 

** Please ensure any restaurant, spa treatments and golf are amended/cancelled in conjunction with your date move or cancellation 
* Refunds will be processed once the Hotel is open and operating under Levels 1,2 & 3. In the event we re-enter Levels 4 or 5 refunds will be processed when Hotel Re Opens 

Stay Safe 

Please help us to help all of us stay safe. Please remember to keep updated with government guidance in both your own area and for Meath/Ireland.
It is advised that you follow all restrictions applying in both locations. 

International Arrivals

All guests arriving to Ireland from non-Green listed countries, which currently includes the UK, are required to restrict their movement for 14 days on entry into Ireland, you must complete any quarantine requirements prior to your planned break with us here at The Newgrange Hotel 

Staycation with Confidence 

Arrival & Departure Times
You can arrive on our Hotel at any time on your day of arrival, please note check in your accommodation is available from 3pm. Departure time for the hotel is 12 noon.

Face Coverings 
Wearing a face covering in indoor areas throughout our resort is compulsory by law.

Please bring a face covering with you for use during your break.  

Hand Sanitiser
 
We’ve provided numerous sanitiser stations throughout our resort, which should be used by all guests frequently.

Social Distancing Please keep a safe, social distance of 2m where possible from other guests when you are exploring the resort.

When serving and interacting with our guests, our colleagues will also maintain social distancing wherever possible. 

The Rule of 6 Currently in Ireland 
It is against the law to have a group larger than 6 people, from more than three households seated together in a restaurant setting.

We advised to ensure you have all reservations for dining pre-booked.  

Cashless Payments
We encourage all guests to make contactless payments where possible while staying at the resort.

Contactless payments have been increased to €50.00.

For payments exceeding these amounts you can make payment via chip and pin. 

Feeling Unwell 
If you or a member of your party is feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you do not visit our resort.

If you feel unwell when staying at the resort please stay in your room or house on return to your room or house contact the main Hotel Reception by calling 0 via phone.

Our Reception Team will advise you what to do next.
