In preparation for our big day we dealt with Karine, who could not have done any more for us. She was a great help when we were trying to decide on details of the day, especially with things which we would not even have thought of. Our wedding day was perfect and there is nothing that we would change about it. All the hotel staff were very nice and extremely helpful.  The meal exceeded all our expectations, it was fantastic, and there was plenty of everything. So many people have since commented on the meal saying that it was delicious.  The day after our wedding Karine met us at reception and again was making sure that everything went the way we wanted it to. There was genuinely nothing more that Karine or the hotel staff could have done to make our day more perfect. Everything went so well and we would definitely have no hesitation in recommending the Newgrange Hotel for a wedding.

I want to thank you for making our special day the best that it could ever be, everything went so smoothly on the day everything done to perfection. The room was absolutely amazing, attention to detail was incredible, better than i had ever imagined, plus all our guests could not stop commenting on the hotel, the room the food and the amount of and all the staff in the hotel. They made all our gusts so welcome and dealing with Karine was an absolute pleasure, everything i asked for was done straight away and no job was too big for her. Thank you so much i would not of had our wedding anywhere else, it was perfect.

Myself and Jonathan were beyond satisfied with the Newgrange Hotel. We often talk about it and still to this day we wouldn't have done it any other way. The hotel itself is gorgeous and then when you are brought to the reception room you are shocked to see that it is even more romantic than you could imagine! It was just so perfect. Karine, you were beyond helpful. You were checking in on me, making sure I was enjoying the special day and offering to get me any thing i needed. You never seemed panicked or worried which made me feel very calm and comfortable. When we returned from taking our pictures I was a little overwhelmed because I had gotten (very obvious) dirt on my dress in a few areas. Right away Karine told me to go to the room and she would meet me up there. Within minutes she showed up and immediately helped remove the dirt. She knew exactly what she was doing and I was so relieved. My sister was so funny the day after the wedding calling you a "superstar". She was also pleased with the way you handled everything as well. Everything was so well organized. From the build up to the wedding the ENTIRE Newgrange staff were so helpful with booking rooms and accommodating our guests. Jonathan and I actually planned our wedding from America. We were a little nervous with our food choice because we never tried anything we selected. When we arrived in Navan, we went to the hotel to check in and make sure everything was on schedule. We told the hotel our worry about the food choices and they offered us a free tasting. Now, we were expecting small samples (which would have been perfectly fine) but we were both fed a full course meal. Which by the way so amazing. The food was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Our fears went from wondering if it was going to be good to how do we decide which one we want because they were all so good! We even had a few vegetarian guests and the Newgrange had no problem accommodating them. The location could not be more perfect. It was right in the center of town. Over half of our guests were from out of town. The location allowed them to explore into town without requiring them to rent a car. There were pubs, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. There was even a bus stop right around the corner that went to Dublin. Before the wedding we thought we would be extra busy entertaining all of our out of town guests but they were able to entertain themselves and all of our guests really enjoyed Navan. Our wedding was on a Saturday night and the guests that flew into town for the wedding stayed until Monday. Even after our wedding was over the staff continued to be really helpful and friendly to our guests and we are so grateful for the Newgrange staff making our guests feel welcome. More importantly they genuinely cared about our wedding and took the extra time to make sure it went as close to perfect as possible.

From the day that we made the appointment to see the room, the Newgrange Hotel were professional, helpful, efficient and friendly.  We met with David, the Duty Manager and he went through all the details including the menu choices and packages available to which there is so much choice.  David was extremely thorough and even though we had a list of questions, he had answered them before we got a chance to ask.  
From then on it was seemless, once the deposit was paid, everything fell into place.  We got a great room rate for our guests and I got regular updates from the reservations staff as to the bookings.  In the week leading up to the wedding, we had our menu tasting and our final meeting to confirm numbers, details, table plan etc. and Karine was just wonderful, really put our minds at ease.  Then 2 days before the wedding, we left our luggage, gifts, cake etc and made the very final arrangements.
On the day of the wedding when we arrived at the Hotel, Karine was waiting outside with the Red Carpet, to a lovely warm welcome.  Then to be greeted by our guests in the lobby.  We were taken upstairs to the Reception Room for our photos with the cake and we were both blown away at the room.  It was so beautiful and Karine had asked our photographer when he arrived what colour my bridesmaids were and she got the staff to change every chair ribbon before we got there.  Everything was laid out so well and very well organised.  We then had photos taken on the Roof, among the beautiful flowers.  These photos turned out to be our best :)  We then made our way down to the bar for pre-dinner drinks and everyone was commenting on how nice and friendly the staff were.  
We were called for dinner then and when our guests reached the room, they were amazed at how beautiful and bright it was, they are still talking about it now.  Every last detail was perfect and there were even a few surprises in store for us, which really made our day.  The food was delicious and hot and everyone was served at the same time, which is something that I consider very important.  Each and every one of our guests was raving about the food and service.  Once our speeches were out of the way, and dinner was finished, the staff very promptly moved the room around to cater for our band and that all happened very quickly.  
Even the next morning, we were really taken aback at how much our guests were commenting on the bedrooms, the staff, and the entire day.  Everyone was very impressed.
We would have to say that without Karine, David and the staff of the Newgrane Hotel, our day would not have been so special or perfect, they pulled out all the stops and made all our dreams come true....  We would have no hesitation in recommending the Newgrange Hotel to anyone, because they were so professional and made our preparations and wedding day stress free.

Dear Karine, both myself and Stephanie would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff at the newgrange hotel for your proffesional service during the occasion of our wedding on the 17th June 2011. From the moment of our first meeting you took control of everything, we felt so relaxed and confident that you would make our day so special and you all certainly lived up to our expectations. The layout of the room for our ceremony was nothing short of spectacular, the flowers and seating were like something from a fairytale. Our reception room was first class,it was the best we've ever seen and that is not a biased point of view. Our meal and our guests too of course was delivered piping hot and not one person had any complaints. We would have No hesitation in recommending your hotel to any other couple looking to add a touch of class to their special day and in fact we already know one of our guests daughter has booked her own reception with yous next year.
